product details
MG-812 is a semiconductor oxide chemical sensor that uses the principle of solid electrolyte battery to detect CO2. When the sensor is maintained at a certain operating temperature and placed in a CO2 atmosphere, electrode reactions occur between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery. An electromotive force is generated between the sensitive electrode and the reference electrode of the sensor, and the output signal voltage is inversely proportional to the logarithm of the CO2 concentration. By testing the change in signal voltage, the change in CO2 concentration can be detected.
Sensor characteristics
MG-812 gas sensor has a small volume, low power consumption, high sensitivity and good selectivity to CO2, and is less affected by temperature and humidity changes. The sensor signal has good stability and repeatability.
Main applications
Applied to air quality control systems, fermentation process control systems, and CO2 concentration detection in greenhouses and other places.
